By accessing or using any software products or services provided by TruSoftware (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including Mobisync, Clipiphany, and any other products under the TruSoftware brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

TruSoftware provides subscription-based software applications. Our products are offered on a subscription basis with free trial periods. Specific features, pricing, and trial durations are described on each product’s respective page.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Our products are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual)
  • Free trials are available for new users
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe

5. Free Trial

We offer free trial periods for our products. No payment is required during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
