Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your TruSoftware subscription at any time. Here’s how it works:
How to Cancel
- Log into your account and navigate to subscription settings
- Or email support@trusoftware.tech with your cancellation request
- Or call us at (512) 931-3000
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You will retain access to the software until your paid period expires
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you wish to resubscribe
Cancelling a Free Trial
- You can cancel at any time during your free trial
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
- No action is needed if you simply don’t want to continue after the trial — just cancel before it ends
Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You will receive a reminder email before your subscription renews
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged
