Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

• Log into your account and navigate to subscription settings
• Or email support@trusoftware.tech with your cancellation request
• Or call us at (512) 931-3000

What Happens When You Cancel

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• You will retain access to the software until your paid period expires
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you wish to resubscribe

Cancelling a Free Trial

• You can cancel at any time during your free trial
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
• No action is needed if you simply don’t want to continue after the trial — just cancel before it ends

Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will receive a reminder email before your subscription renews
• Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged
